Urea 46% Nitrogen

It is an organic compound that is produced from the reaction of ammonia and carbon dioxide in high pressure in order to produce intermediate product called ammonium carbamate that is dissolved to produce liquid urea. The concentration of urea solution will be increased gradually inside the units within separating and recycling unchanged reactants and vaporization of the water in order that the concentration reaches 96% and then transferred to the granulation unit to produce the granular urea. Ammonia and carbon dioxide are saved from the ammonia plant and more than 90% of the worldwide production of urea is directed to the field of fertilizers as a source for nitrogen as urea contains the highest rate of the nitrogen among all the solid fertilizers and the nitrogen ratio reaches 46.6%.
Urea is a white crystalline substance. Universal concentrated water soluble nitrogen fertilizer for use with all crops and all soil types. Nitrogen: minimum 46.2%, making it the most concentrated nitrogen fertilizer. We can offer two types:
Granular urea: At least 90% of the granules have diameter ranging from 2 to 4.5 mm.  Packing in bags of 50 kg and 1000 kg.
Or
Prilled urea: At least 90% of the granules have diameter ranging from 1 to 4 mm. Packing in bags of 50 kg and 1000 kg.
